Sec Lacson Napolist repost from Rappler

It is so sad to note that if we were to believe the Napolist, not one, even those who pretend they are statesmen and virtuous, are just like the persons they are investigating.   Cayetano, Escudero, JV, Loren Legarda, Guingona. etc.   Even  Santiago is included in the list.  Look at he guys who crucified Corona on the grounds of unethical behavior.

Here is the alleged list of  the senators. (It could really lead to Senate collapse)

11. Gregorio Honasan II
12. JV Ejercito 

Cabinet members:   Sec Butch Abad and Alcala.

There comes again the process of having the evidences and prosecuting the culprits.  But given the situation, it would be difficult.   The court of public opinion vs the court of law.  Which will prevail

Is Sec Lacson doing to this to divert attention from his inability to successfully implement Typhoon Yolanda rehab efforts?

There are at least 3 "Napolist" that are circulating, according to Pres Aquino.  This is suspicious considering that billions of pesos are involved.  Why did Sen Lacson get a list.  The 3 lists seem to be different and would serve no other purpose except to 1.  excite the public 2 confuse the evidence (throwing doubts on existing facts of the case"  Cf since this is plunder, a criminal offense there has to be a reasonable doubt to be established vs accused.

The From GMA network, Lacson #Napolist lists 21 senators to be involved (9 former senators)

If my little knowledge of law serves me right, a link has yet to be established between the senators/congressman and the physical evidence that indeed the senators and congressmen received the cash commission from PDAF
