There is again news about the rising incidence of carnapping syndicate, And kidnap for ransom. Since there is a shoot to kill order for these type of criminals, we can only be sure that they are only untouchables if they are under the protection of a. a powerful corrupt politician, or b. a top ranking police or military official.
I know of horror stories that pickpockets in a certain MM city were under the care of a PNP officer; that some generals coddle criminals, etc how sad. That certain inmates in jails are loose out at night, made to rob, ergo no suspect since the criminals are behind bars. Or sometimes hits (assassination hits) are made by inmates.
How sad...
