There was so much lying going on around and even straight faced by the protagonists: Sta Isabel? Col Dumlao
Sta Isabel was straight faced and looked candid as he explained that it was Dumlao who actually coordinated everything, and talked to him constantly regarding a scenario where he would point out that the real culprits; that he was at RTC Taguig on October 12; that he even had recorded conversation on the CP of his wife between and among certain Col Macapagal, and Col. Dumlao.
Cracks and lies began to appear for Sta Isabel when he said that the Dumlaos at PNP are related and when the maid of the Korean, Marissa Morquicho possibly identified Ricky Sta Isabel as the one who abducted her boss on October 18 and the one who withdrew the money from the ATM
There was even allegation, that Sta Isabel who entered intelligence group in PNP on account of retired Gen Garbo was out to discredit Duterte and Bato because of having Garbo included in narco list. Who is telling the truth Liars are they all, all honorable men in august hall of Senate?
