First Cong Ungab discovered there is no printed copy of GAA which is the regular procedure.
There were blanks in the Bicam report. Yet the bicam members and PBBM signed the same in the law.
The irrgeularities came out in the bicam report (insertions?) The PHP 26 Billion Acap, unprogrammed funds, etc.
Are there legal consequences of these findings? The accusation of mismanagement is after all correct?
Was this the reason Cong Co was removed from appropirations committee? Is he the sacrifice?
What does this make of the reign of PBBM?
