Frequent hold up near the PNP station - are the criminals taunting the police and the mayor?

Last March  1, there was another hold up of a customer of a Universal Bank.  This is the nth hold up! And there seems to be no end to the series of hold up.   The bank is just 70 meters away from the PNP station and the Office of the Mayor.

This time several people got hurt, aside from losing money

What are the criminals up to?  Are they shaming the public officials?

Or are they taunting the latter to come and get them. So far, the criminals are not getting the right response from the Police Chief and the Mayor.  Hmmm are they tame kind or.....

Traffic jams from Baytown closure is one big headache.

Despite our suggestions to prevent choke points travel at Taytay Muzon area could take up 2 hours.

It is no longer because of the short stretch in villa:

l.  The roads are rutted;

2. The roads are narrow:

    Some guys insist on parking their vehicles at the very narrow roads

    The roads are narrow because the houses encroached on the ROW perhaps wanting to have the same as their living (or dying room)

    Paging public officials:

    1.  Please repair the roads;

    2,   Please remove permanent and temporary obstructions.  Who are concerned:   Office of the Mayor Taytay, Rizal,  TMG,  PNP, DPWH.   We need your help guys
