Dynasty in the Philippine Government.

Si Filosofo Tasyo ay patuloy sa pagpilosopo

I know that there is a provision in the new constitution that prohibits the dynasty.  However, no enabling legislation that was passed or will ever be passed to enforce this constitutional prohibition (isnt this unconstitutional and therefore illegal if ever one was discovered to have violated this?  Come on constiitutional experts.)

I was aghast when my daughter asked me during the impeachment trial:

l.  Why are there two Senators with the same surname? Why is there a senator and congresswoman of the same surname?  Isnt there a leak all the time?

2.  Why is it in our province, the surname of the officials are the same?  Sometimes it is the father, the mother and the son (but the father really runs the show)

3.  In MM city, it was the father, then the wife, then the son and back to the father, and then the son (to beat the 9 years maximum continuous service)

4.  There was time that there was the father, the son in law, and the son in the senate.

Why they have made the Phil government or august halls of Senate their household?

Are these people the lawmakers (and right at the start they are the lawbreakers?)
