Word War Between Mainland Chinese and HK Residents

Reflections

With the influx of mainland Chinese to HK, there is a growing animosity between the Mainland Chinese who are tourists and the HK residents.  It was shown in Al Jazeera that some of the causes of irritants are defecation of Chinese children on the streets, bringing up smelly feet in trains and public places and other forms of uncouth behavior.

What do you think of this growing word war?

Isnt it that tourism influx is good for HK;  it is encouraging tourists to come in?  Isnt this influx propping up HK economy?

What must be done so that there is less friction and animosity and its win win for both parties.
