From Manila Bulletin  PSG bans network from covering DU31 thanksgiving party

From Rappler

There will be no longer press conferences and interviews with the media, according to to be Presidential aide Christopher Go told in an interview last June 3, 2016.   Talk less, less mistakes would be an apparent objective.   Instead, press releases and interview will be through state run television.

However, this post sees this as an apparent reaction to the call for boycott by NUJP, regarding the misunderstanding on his statement about journalists who were killed and who were corrupt (I listened to the statement / audio  of the statement, and there was no causal statement to that effect)  The retaliation started by having all media, except PTV 4 banned from covering his thanksgiving party

Really if you quote his statement out of context, then you can misunderstand Digong.  For example, about giving the citizen the right to kill criminals the drug lord.  What he said was, the citizen must cooperate with the authorities in arresting drug lords and sellers.  If you have a gun, and the criminal fights, then the citizen can kill the criminal.   (Taken out of context, you can think of Duterte changing the criminal code?)
