Bilib na bilib ako noong kampanya sa eleksyon si Pres Digong at nangakong aalisin niya corruption sa gobyerno.  Bilib din ako nang inalis si Sec. Sueno at  Lavina.   (Mga kaibigan na sumoporta sa kanya sa election.

Pero may cracks sa kanyang kampanya vs corruption sa kaso ni BOC Commissioner Faeldon na lumilitaw na walang nagawa sa custom at maaaring natangay ng sindikato.   At mga allegation at mga bali balita vs anak na kasama sa Davao Grupo.  Ano nga ba ang Pasalubong sa Customs Commissioner.  Totoo ba ito at magkano ito.

Bakit suportado niya si Faeldon samantalang directly or indirectly napasok ang BOC ng daang daang kilo ng shabu?  Kung seryoso siya sa giyera kontra droga pati si Faeldon ay dapat walisin.   Dahil sa pumasok, nakapasok ang droga sa bansa sa harap harapan ng mga taga customs, eh tinolerate iyan ng pamunuan?  Eh bakit natolerate?  Dahil sa pasalubong o tara system

Last week last Wednesday, we exited SLEX and entered C5 6 pm.  We were hoping to be at Rosario by 7:00.   Whew, we were at  McKinley at 7:00 and were at Market Market for nearly an hour moving by inches at times.  We were at Guadalupe by 8:30 and were in Rosario by 9:00.   Quite a number emptied their bladder at Caltex past Bagong Ilog.   Imagine sitting it out  in traffic for nearly 3 hours.

Yesterday, we had a meeting. at Gateway Cubao at 4:30 pm.  One of the participants was a lawyer who came from BGC.  He said he left at 3:30.  He arrived at the meeting at 7:00 pm in Cubao.

Bakit matrapik?  Every body is complaining about C5.  What are our  Davaorulers, bosses in the govt. doing?

Pres Duterte Signs into Law RA 10931 - Universal Access to Quality  Tertiary Education Act


Now the truth is out  - the free scholarship law which Pres. Duterte signed into law has no budget.  It is Pres. Duterte's big problem now.  It could cost about P100 billion to cover the 144 SUCS (according to DBMs Diokno.).  Saan kukunin?  Eh pangako babawasn personal income tax pero maraming idadagdag no consumer taxes:  excise tax on gas, sweets (sugar) and others.   Tatamaan din mahirap.  I think taxes is a closed system, is systemic.  What you take out from one part will bulge and hurt other parts of the system.  You decrease the income tax, but increase consumption /business tax.  It hurts the masses just the  same.

So mang holdap ang govt to send SUC students through college for free.  Nice program

But budget less and could frustrate many students who are anticipating free college educatioon

From CNN Senate probe into P6.4 billion worth of shabu that passed through BOC

Several senators have expressed frustration and suspicion of outright lying, negligence incompetence and corruption at BOC in collusion with the Chinese businessmen..   The said Chinese had made fools out of the solons, BOC officials and general public.  Here is a crime committed, the drugs are here, there was importation, and yet there is no suspect yet.  The shabu traders taking advantage of the weakness of the customs procedure and systems were able to bring in drugs right under the  very noses of the BOC officials (with their complicity).   Up to now, the drug lords and unidentified.  PDEA has filed a case vs a caretaker Valenzuela RTC.   Here are the weaknesses:


1.  Allowing consignees to import.   A certain Aileen Tatad  of EMT traidingwas a consignee, paid P1,500 per shipment,  How come this allowed?   The consignee does not even know what the shipments are.  Very clearly, BOC allows dummies so that at the end of the day, no one can be held liable.  Turu turuan lang;

2.  The consignee points out to the  broker as the one responsible and knows the details of the shipment

3.  EMT trading a new importer was able to bring in 600 shipments in a matter of  3 months;

4.  She was put in super green lane, a lane reserved to big time multi national importers.  The BOC officials keep on saying that the computer overlooks certain parameters, as if computers think on their own (as noted by Sen Sonny Angara).  Every body knows that the parameters are fed by the encoders or whoever manages the computer

5.  Taguba,, the broker, did not deliver the goods to the consignee whose office is in Binondo but to the Valenzuela warehouse

He also reveals that he pays P27,000 per shipment at BOC as Payola

6.   When customs raided the warehouse, the head of intelligence only had a Letter of Authority, not a search warrant, and the evidence found may be considered illegal and may not stand in court

6.  Up to now 2 months after the raid, no one has been charged.

Also Mr. Richard Tan, who says that the operations  was all ready stopped, was alleged to continue operations even after they were alleged to have been closed by City of Valenzuela  (The Chinese nationals who are there seemed to be having a lot of fun (sa pagbilog ng mga ulo natin. They and BOC officials had a fine day)

Sen Escudero, notes NBI PDEA BOC have not not charged anyone for 600 kgs of shabu, but only several sachets of shabu would merit a gun fight or death.  Why are those govt agencies too timid to file charges?   Why not file case vs the warehouse owner?   Are they getting paid not to file a case, to look theother wahy around

Several reforms are in order:

1.   The use of consignees

2.  The 4 lanes and their parameters

3  The payment of P27,000. per shipment.   Sen Escudero computed that raising the tax per container up by P27,000 could easily raise P98 billion in revenues.    And save many people from additional taxes on fuel, or sugar.

A new tele serya is now in  town.   The wife of  Commissioner Andres Bautista has in public in social media and TV interviews has accused husband Andy of corruption and ill gotten wealth (under declaration of SALN of only P200+ million but in reality has over a billion. She has amassed documents:   passbooks, payslips  of alleged ghost employees while Chair of PCGG, alleged commission from Smartmatic, sharing of referral fees from Divinagracia Law Office.

Chairman Bautista has impeccable credentials.  He graduated law from Ateneo Law School as valedictorian.  Took of Masters of Law at Harvard. He is a member of both Philippine and US bars.  He became country President of Kuok Properties, which is in charge of Shangri La.  He became dean of FEU Institute of Laws, became President of  Dean of Law Schools.  He also served as head of PCGG replacing Commissioner Camilo Sabio.  He became nominee for SC, but lost out to Ma. Lourdes Sereno.  He eventually was invited by Pres. Noy Aquino to head Comelec  Fast Facts about Comelec Commissioner Andy Bautista



If Ms. Bautista can prove her allegations, chairman Andy is in for a big trouble.  He has all ready in several interviews denied allegations

Meanwhile, the wife Patricia wants 50% of the alleged loot or P600,000,000.  How strange. If the money as divulged by her are ill gotten, she gets none of this;  the govt will have to forfeit the ill gotten wealth.  All ready there are allegations from the Chairman Bautista of infidelity from Tish the wife.  Some people allege that her partner in business is her bf.  People are interested in the marriage spat side, rather than on the political issue    Wife denies alleged affair with ex model Alvin Lim

Chairman Bautista would like to see this settled for the sake of their children (4)  Trisha on her part has Lawyer Martin Loon a very young lawyer and Kapunan (the champion for ladies rights) as her legal adviser. It   Tish has gone to no less than Pres DU30 to make sumbong on Andy.  Du30 does not want to be drawn into this controversy.   (It was alleged that wife of fmr Senator Bongbong Marcos and Tish were college classmates, which as denied)

How can some wives be stupid to destroy their husbands?   Or even commit financial suicide?  She gets nothing is all the money of chairman can be proven ill gotten.  Wives have forgotten that as per scriptures, they must serve their husbands since biblically, women came from the ribs of man. Biblically, women have but one mission to bear children and please their husband.  Too much women's lib.

This story simply proves that too much money corrupts.  It can make people crazy too.  (Whether it applies to Andy or his spouse)

As of now, the whole country, the electoral body, a constitutional body is in limbo.   Pity the children of Andy and Tish.   The lady is a hypocrite by saying that she is doing this for her children.  She is doing this for her greed.


P.S.     Former Chair Andy was impeached at Congress late this month, moments after he filed his resignation effective December.  Last Monday, the President accepted his resignation.   the impeachmentis not moot and academic.  The unstoppable wife and the lawyer, bent  on getting at Andy said they will file plunder case vs estranged husband
