The wife of Commissioner Andres Bautista has in public in social media and TV interviews has accused husband Andy of corruption and ill gotten wealth (under declaration of SALN of only P200+ million but in reality has over a billion. She has amassed documents: passbooks, payslips of alleged ghost employees while Chair of PCGG, alleged commission from Smartmatic, sharing of referral fees from Divinagracia Law Office.
Chairman Bautista has impeccable credentials. He graduated law from Ateneo Law School as valedictorian. Took of Masters of Law at Harvard. He is a member of both Philippine and US bars. He became country President of Kuok Properties, which is in charge of Shangri La. He became dean of FEU Institute of Laws, became President of Dean of Law Schools. He also served as head of PCGG replacing Commissioner Camilo Sabio. He became nominee for SC, but lost out to Ma. Lourdes Sereno. He eventually was invited by Pres.
