One of the damning statements regarding one senior official in the govt, is that he is the brod of the brod of the top guy in the govt. That is why maybe, he cant be let go despite criticisms on his performance.
This post learned that many of govt offices are controlled by mafias of brods in frat. That is why some offices which are very technical in nature are headed by individuals who are not technically educated.
