Its a nagging question. Will wage increase improve productivity or staff conduct in general? What changes has happened at PNP where the minimum wage is now at P20k.? Many - morale, job satisfaction, training, loyalty. etc. (and perhaps the readiness to defend the Commander in Chief)
But the sporadic news that certain officials or personnel are still involved in misconduct means that
wage is not the only answer. But this is least expected in an organization where DISCIPLINE is instilled
through out the training.
I know for a fact that the police force view the public at large as CIVILIANS, hence the general mindset
of how their personnel view the public whom they are supposed to SERVE AND PROTECT.
THERE IS A MASTER PLAN according to the new chief Cascolan adn they are working on it. (will only serve for two months because he is retiring)
