We were made nervous with the pronouncement of the President that Philippines has no more money left (after disbursing P200 billion) for the Baho law to counter the pandemic.
However, it may be due to non collection of BIR taxes and reduced business affecting BOC income. However, the World Bank has praised the prudent Fiscal policies of the country.
All the while I thought that the Philippine govt spending has been runaway and imprudent (as I saw this morning expensive govt vehicles)
