The rising number of cases daily has swamped all available hospital beds in MM; Usec L. Vega plans use of outside NCR hospitals for augmentation.
But really what holds back the augmentation is lack of trained nurses to man the ICU and CCUs for the covid 19
There was a point really in banning deployment of nurses abroad. We really need to inject some sense into the heads of selfish unpatriotic professionals.
