Checkpoints, police visibility are back in place; tickets arrests are taking place. No worry though - we need these to control rise of covid19. But the policemen should understand the why of what they are enforcing so that they will be infected less, and the measures would be more effective; The checkpoint, arrests mindset modes must be jelled with science.
Gen Eleazar clarified that there is no need to restrict mobility within the bubble because lockdown checkpoint happy PNP personnel are just happy to do that.
The draconian measures are up to April 4 only though.
