How does a new govt handle a hostile media organization?

It is more fun criticizing

Indeed, if you are occupying the highest position in the country, how do you deal with hostile media which is negative, which finds nothing good in your plans and activities, and which strongly diminishes your political stock

All ready we see signs of hostile media organizations (they were biased towards the other political candidates)  All ready we see a media tweeting, and ranting about not being invited to a media briefing by media outfit of bbm, Cabinet members being interviewed with anchors:    incoming Justice Sec Boying Remulla and Ben Diokno having been toasted by former  ABS CBN staffers.

They still dont get it.  In the name of journalistic license, or press freedom, many media act beliigerently vs the President.  The Inquirer property at Amorsolo was hurriedly asked to be vacated, ABS CBN franchise was not extended/renewed.   Rappler is facing cancellation of its SEC registration, tax cases, not to mention cases being filed by defamed individuals.

Its not a case of press freedom, it is a case of media abuse that must stop  This acts can not promote unity

We are blessed that there are no national Ampatuans who will end all criticisms with mass murder

We should be thankful for a country like ours.
