After Fr Joaquin Bernas, a constitutional lawyer, one of the authors of 1987 constitution, former dean of Ateneo Law School, cautions Pres Pnoy on term extension, one begins to wonder, how a man of high integrity would meddle with a constitutional provision.
One can only speculate that it is his political allies, and his subalterns who want to enjoy the hay while they can, are behind this move.
