     1.  Alleged hit order on Board Sec. Retired General Wesley Barayuga<

     2.  Loss of revenue during the current GM's reign,

     3.  Nepotism and appointments at PCSO;

     4.  Lifestyle of the current officer

There were also alleged romantic relationship of the official with former top coungry exedc.

We want a government because we want order.  Many people want disorder.

It is is time we become mature and we stop this practice to pretend to be in power even if were are not.

Disorder, traffic jams, widespread chaos will continue if we continue this practice.

PNP Chief Ronald de la Rosa, asked his men during a speech at Camp Martin Delgado  on the occasion of the 115th anniversary of PNP, in Iloilo if they are willing to die.   But he said before that they must be willing to kill because if they get killed, Commission on Human Rights will not protect their families.  Earlier several drug personalities were gunned down when they resisted arrest and fought back at the police.

We are reminded on the dictum from General George Patton to the 'American soldiers fighting the WWII in Europe.  He said it is foolish to say that you will willingly die for your country. You must kill the enemies for your country

With CHR now and threat of ICC, damned if you do, damned if you dont.   Whose human rights are paramount:  that of drug pushers who are willing to kill and those who have maimed the lives of the drug users, or the police who are out to serve and protect the public from drugs and drug lord?

In the movie of War Fog, about Robert McNamara, fmr Sec US of Defense, he describes his role under the command of Gen Curtis LeMay who was in charge of bombing campaign over Germany.  He noticed that there were lot of mechanical problems in the the report of mission.  He surmised, and the statistician found out that these problems were not real.  The flight crew were terrified. With a mortality rate of 5% and 20 sorties in the service period of most crew, the crew would surely die.  So they created all excuses not to go.

Gen LeMay had a solution to this.  He would personally lead the mission;  and the mechanical problems were dramatically reduced

That is what leadership can do..

Robert McNamara described LeMay's character, in a discussion of a report into high abort rates in bomber missions during World War II:

One of the commanders was Curtis LeMay—Colonel in command of a B-24 [sic] group. He was the finest combat commander of any service I came across in war. But he was extraordinarily belligerent, many thought brutal. He got the report. He issued an order. He said, 'I will be in the lead plane on every mission. Any plane that takes off will go over the target, or the crew will be court-martialed.' The abort rate dropped overnight. Now that's the kind of commander he was.^[12]

This is an intriguing story about the local election.  The followers simply called it Game of the Generals for want of a better term.

l.  A former general ran against a very young incumbent;  this would be his 5th term, one of the longest serving mayor

2.  The general floated the idea that for one reason or another, the incumbent would worry:   how to protest the election;  or how much would be the votes would be advantage of the general.

3.  The general did not campaign much because of his connection with the ruling party.

4.  On the election day, the general withdrew all his watchers from the precincts, had them fed and simply watched from the outside of precincts.

5.  At the wee hours of the day after the election, the general lodged his complaint with the Comelec, claiming the local results were very different from the Comelec main results;   he said he was winning at Comelec main.   He local machines, it was alleged could be hacked but not Comelec machines.

6.  The following day afterwards, the general filed formal complaint with the Comelec for a recount.

7.  Comelec asked him to pay several millions for a recount fee which he promptly paid.

He claimed that if the incumbent does not agree to recount, he would be proclaimed the mayor since he won at the Comelec central.

The followers could not understand what happened or how it happened?

The hacking of the PCOS machine could have been done either way.  Is the Comelec computer main really unhackable?

Who hacked (cheated who)?
