Sen Angara, whose son Sonny is running, the author of the law is now singing a different tune; it is now a collective effort and those who worked on this have studied cyberlaw first. Why didn't they?
That is very correct; that is their job. That is why they have large staff spending millions, and public hearings (which they did not have)
