Unemployment is lowest at Netherlands (5.3), Germany (5.5%), Austria (4.5%) and Luxemborg (5.2%).  It is highest at Spain at 25.l% and Greece at 24.4%.  No wonder there are rioting in this countries -  lack of jobs and extreme austerity measures.  Of the 27 countries 20 experienced increases and the rest decreases
