Purported medical conditions as a shield vs being jailed

It is more fun criticizing

No IV line, vitals according to monitor are fine

Last Monday, a ranking govt elected official, the (4th) was issued a warrant of arrest by a Prosecutor Office.  Immediately, he was admitted to a hospital without passing through the ER.   However his pictures showed him together with monitor shouting out he was healthy (they should have turned off the monitor)

All ready medical circles are calling out MDs who are being used as excuse slips not to be jailed same as wheel chairs (GMA, Bonuan, Marcoleta)

He was brought to PGH for a third party assessment   Commitment order has been transferred from PNP to BJMP and may soon be transferred to BJMP detention center at Payatas.

Courage for those who want to violate the laws they are supposed to enforce or which they crafted.

Justice for all.

Are search engine (AI generated) response accurate?

It is more fun criticizing

This post tried having answers from search engine on these items:  (being the subject of debates and contentions

1.   Can  an impeachable officer be subject to prosecution at lower courts (as with Sarah Duterte)
Ans:   Yes   Only the President is immune from prosecution.   The idea that impeachable officer is               immune from criminal prosecution is a constitutional superstition.

2.  What is the required number of votes to impeach the VP.  Ans:   16

3.  Can the Senate overturn the 16 required votes and lowe the same:    Ans:   Yes

2 and 3 answers are contradictory.    The 16 it says is from the Constitution.     Do we say 1 and 2 are
correct, and Number 3 answer is doubtful?

Whom do we believe?
