I can file my COC why not? For senator or even as President. Tomorrow is the deadline
Looking at the qualifications of some of those who filed their COC, I can see that I am ahead with my qualifications and academic ability. In terms of integrity, I can be ahead. I am winnable without the current realities of Philippine politics
However I lack the PHP and the machiner to do this. Only those who have nationwide machinery to run the campaign, ,man the precincts will make it. This leaves the game to the candidates who are loaded, with political machinery.
