Could the building tension at the Manila Trench pose tsunami and earthquake danger to Philippines

The trench extends from Taiwan up to Mindoro in the Philippines.    Did the cluster of earthquakes in Ilocos recently be precursor of the rapture.  

Is the scientific analysis correct?   Is PHL prepared or could this trigger the "Big One"
