Angono prides itself as being flood free because of its year long river dredging problem. But why is the Lakeside park still flooded (rendering the multimillion art center and other improvements unreachable and unusable And many residents still submerged in lakewaters.
1. Maybe the area where they built on is really the Lake property. (beyond the elevation 12.5 mllm)
2. The coastal road blocking the rainwater from the mountains.
3. Or difficulty with the drainage system.
What ever it is going to be a very wet fluvial procession come November 23, just a few days away.
The launching of the giant bancas was made easier because of the flood. The bancas floated and thus could easily be pushed
