The way Sen. Santiago coaxed Ms. Janet Napoles to tell the truth vs her esteemed colleagues in the Senate and to perpetuate her testimony, and even suggesting that she may be assassinated (fear factor) would seem to suggest that her being a witness vs the Senators would be the strongest evidence vs. the alleged crooks in the government. If there were truckloads of evidences vs JLN, why up to now no charges on PDAF have been filed? She is in custody because of the illegal detention case and not because of the alleged plunder case. If the case is so strong because of the former employees turned witnesses, why still go to this circus?

Ms. Sen Santiago's questioning would seem to trap Napoles (which she easily extricated herself from) and bring fear for her life so she would tell all, did not achieve all. Her hypothesis that her becoming so rich and knowing all businesses is suspicious (because the shipyard and coal businesses failed) can be at best speculative, and which according, in her past lectures at the Senate, cant be a probable cause.
