Toni and Michelle were Princeton classmates
There are allegations that there are ties between the Presidents of USA and CGI Federal, the company which won the disastrous $678 million portal for the Obamacare insurance exchange. Toni Townes - Witley, SVP of the CGI Federal and FL Michelle Obama, are classmates at Princeton, the Daily Caller paper reported. And they are members of Association of Black Princeton Alumni. While Toni contributed to the Obama Victory Fund, it was only $1,000 (This news seem to be an overhype and exaggerated?)
But hear/read this. Despite sub par performance in the delivery of contracts services, CGI had multi million/billion projects with the Obama admin:
$ 11 billion of Department of Homeland Security and Coast Guard TABSS;
$ 15 million for EPA
$ 900 million to design and operate its IT security operations;
They were with a group of 55 other contractors who received between $400 and 600 million to develop federal exchange and federal data services hub.
Who says in US it is what you know and who you know that counts? May "palakasan" din pala. Sa kano, "cronyism"
