The Nobel prize for Ressa on alleged defense of press freedom is both a source of pride and wonder for many press practitioner. That she as Filipinos as an awardee is a source of freedome (although some claims she has dual citizenship)
But as to the claim that there is no press freedom is debatable. No one can question the Nobel prize committee of Nobel prize, and certainly it must have erred andor depended on spurious data.
Let the awardees rejoice and let this earth search for the truth. The journalists cant.
