Many are optimistic that  the former President will be set free on the basis of argument of lack of jurisdiction by ICC, the Philippines having withdrawn from the said body in 2019.   He also won the mayoralty election in Davao City despite the charges that are being tried in the Hague.

But as the days pass, this post is not optimistic of his release.

There was a bombing in night market in Roxas district in Davao City that killed 14 and injured 60.  The bomb was alleged to be an IED (Improvised Explosive Device) made from mortar, according to Director General Bato PNP.  It was alleged to have been left by two women.

ASG who are under attack in Sulu claimed responsibility, probably as a ploy to relieve pressure on them as a diversionary tactic, to place PNP on defensive rather than offensive mode.


Pres. DU30 declared a state of lawless violence to heighten the awareness of PNP and AFP on security.  It is not supposed to suppress human rights, cancellation of the writ of habeas corpus, or warrantless arrest as being speculated by some congressmen.  All ready some solons are issuing alarmist statements that have many peaceful citizens to be worried

It has to be made on nationwide basis to protect centers of population in the country from further violence.  Thus there would be check points and frisking of vehicles to prevent travel of terrorists

Or it could be part of the scenario plot to weaken DU30 as envisioned and declared by former admin staff who said the plot was to focus electing the VP Robredo, have Duterte removed by various means that includes but not limited to stunting the campaign against drugs, shaming DU30 before the world (as D5) has done with CNN Friday.

As of 3 pm today, the war vs drugs of Pres Duterte has resulted in nearly 500 dead, half of them from legitimate police operations, and the rest from vigilante killings, most of them bore weapons mostly 45 and 38 caliber.   Critics suspect some of them where planted.

Pres Digong hates drugs so much especially shabu because it is caused by chemicals. Some of chemicals used is battery water (sulfuric acid)  Drug users he said are also pushers to sustain the habit.  Most of them become violent, and  those who are users beyond a year are beyond redemption.  Those who advocate peace in dealing with drug addicts do not understand the propensity to be violent.  Some police officers have been injured gunned down in the drug operations.  These he said in his speech at Davao yesterday.

But pressures, are mounting vs the deaths resulting from the drug war.  UN has made its pronouncements.  The lawyers group are against the extra judicial killings. The Catholics have spoken against it. Richard Branson has spoken against the war of Digong and even predicted that it will not end drug problem in the country.  Soriano has made a swipe vs  these killings by mentioning sins vs the Lords commandments.

But we should appreciate the vigor and the determination of the Pres. to pursue what has promised to do.  At least we know something can be done right.  A problem has been addressed and very soon abuses related to drugs can end.  Like the narco politicos.

Three days before the election, the mud slinging is at its highest gear. Trillanes Roxas Poe are out to destroy Duterte.

The bombshell that Trillanes exposed may yet swing soft DU30 supporter, it they were to believe the allegations of Trillanes that:

       1,  Digong is a hypocrite.  Pretending to be poor but owns 30 pieces of real estate;  He explained that he received donation from Quiboloy and the property he acquired has been distributed to his children

       2,  That he does not have money but has hundreds of million at BPI Julia Vargas  BPI has issued certification that his BPI bank balance is only P17,000.  There is no account history.

Many that I know of are praying and campaigning hard so that DU30 does not get elected because of :1.  foul language (always PI) 2.  for making dangerous and fearful pronouncement that he will close the Congress if ever he gets impeached    3 and for being a liar.

For foul language, it has been his habit to use PI.  For making dangerous pronouncement, that is trademark that is why he gets things done. He talks tough and acts tough.  That is the type of leader we need now.  Too much democracy, pussy footing has not done this country good.

Somebody, a doctor who just came from Davao was shown the rescue operations center in Davao. They have different ambulances for different cases. They have sophisticated expensive rescue and extraction equipment in case of building collapse and or severe vehicular accident.  The Control Center for their CCTV are have multiple cameras and can get profiles even if the person wears caps or face helmet.  You can really say wow. It is one of the best top of the line CCTV in the country.  And yet, not one name of DU30 appears on this top of the line Davao City govt property.  The doctor who does not want his wife to wear Du30 wrist band now allows his wife to wear the wrist band

Foreigners swallow sinker hook and bait what the opponents pronounce about the negatives of Digong. And many are likely to do so.  Some media companies show their slant;    in the debate the sponsors show whom they favor, and it is not DU30.

But the hardcore Digong supporters are Digong no matter what.  Those who strongly support DU30 are in Nielsens SEC classification of AB,C D.  He is weak at .E  Surprisingly.

Tha man to beat and the man to throw mud at now is Du30.  For sure.

WHAT IS SENATOR TRILLANES REALLY UP TO?

    What is is real agenda?  Is he really running for VP or is he in a search and destrroy mission vs Mayor Duterte?  His behavior is rather odd. Rather than campaign to win, he is on destructive mission.

Did he really get the P500 million from SMC?  Is this  the service for the P500 million.  One is now in the state of disbelief:  who is lying:  Duterte or Trillanes.  Is his affidavit true?  Well he said the name of his informant is not real because Mayor Duterte may have him liquidated.  Lies lies more lies. Can he force BPI to show the P211 million; why does the certification show only P17,000.  Are his allegations vs Binay also true?  Were this lies lies and all lies?   He give Senators, and similar putsch leader in state of disfavor with voters.   One wonders how voters will judge him and Senator Honasan former military and similar coup leaders

There are recycled news (which came out in July 2015) which are unverified allegations that Davao City has now become the smuuglers capital of the Philippines. Who said so?  Where are the facts:  statistics that compare smuggling all over the PHL? This was based on allegations about plastic rice, leveled at certain David Tan. from an Agri Group.  Do they have the data to make such a claim?  And that there is an unabated smuggling despite threat from Mayor Duterte not to let the smugglers set foot in Davao.

Certain disturbing things can come out from such news especially the half truths mentioned in Facebook. To the uninformed and those who do not read thoroughly one can get the impression that :

1. Mayor Duterte made Davao the smuggling capital of the Philippines, or that he is the protector of the smugglers;

2.  That indeed Davao is the smuggling capital of the Philippines.  This is an allegation of an agri group.   A lot of sleuthing, investigation is needed to establish that as a fact.

3.  That the smuggling can only be checked controlled by the National Government, the BOC, the NBI, the PNP, the anti smuggling task force which are under the direction of the President.  and not by a small fry a local LGU executives.

People must get their facts straight before starting a chismis.  The thing is these allegations and hints find their way into the newsrooms which get printed and which gets shared in social media.

However he said in an interview that the Davao District is one of the best performing District and even received commendations from the Commissioner.  How could that be.   Baka the public is being duped at internal intrigue at BOC and the agri group and  the media are being used
