Former Senator Leila de Lima says that the massive 1 million + attendance of the INC KOJC peace rally does not have any impact on stoppage of VP Sarah's impeachment.  It is but an expression of the minorithy.   The law will take its course.

But so far, only 6 have endorsed the VP Sarah's impeachment mostly the members of the progressive block.  (Sign of fear of the congressmen of signing imperilling their reelection bid?)

What is the impact of Espinosa's recanting of testimony vs  Senator  de Lima?

Nothing because he is not a witness?   And who is likely to believe him, and who believed him initially? He is a criminal and probably we could not care less for their testimony.

The recanting has a publicity effect and will probably lift the ranking of the good senator (but not enough to lift her to top 12.   If the good senator does not get out of this mess soon, and she will find difficulty because her term expires this June.  And if her friends at EU do not work fast enough

There will be more fun this coming week.  Last week it was gruesome albeit inconsistent uncorroborated testimony of Edgar Matobato (grade 1 daw lang pero HS sa kanyang service records)

This time this will be affidavits of members of NBP 19 who will testify vs the lady solon whom Sec. V Aguirre of DOJ say are not coached.  The testimony will focus on how the drug money was used to bank roll the lady's senatorial candidacy.  (Real meaning of narco politics)

12 inmates would testify; among them convicted drug lords Noel Martinez and Herbert Golangco.  It was alleged that LDL visited NBP 8 times in disguise.   It was alleged that P5 million was delivered to the lady's house in the presence of her driver Ronnie Dayan.

Sen Leila de Lima former DOJ secretary denies the accusations vs her as drug coddler and protector and decries the demolition job being done by Dutertes men.  She called on the extra judicial killings to stop.   The demolition job has been done via social media and there has been splicing of video tapes and photoshoppes of pictures to malign her. She denies the existence of a shabu lab and tunnel. As a matter of fact she was instrumental she said in the removal of the facilities of the drug lords.

She also denies the pictures that show her jamming with drug lords  The man allegedly to be Golangco was actually Cong Alfred Vargas at the DOJ quadrangle during her birthday party
