From inquirer - NBI report belies allegation that Matobato was tortured
Yesterday sinabi di siya DDS. Ano ba totoo. Sabi ni D5 Grade 1 lang, eh bakit sa service record HS graduate? Eh kung grade 1, di talagang hindi puwedeng witness! Why parade him in Senate like a comedy circus show? Are our senators idiots? Are we a nation of idiot?
If he is a witness and a credible witness, why is an honorable member of the Senate defending or leading the same, and why are her colleagues letting her get away with it?
Bakit wala, not even his live in partner, as per question ni Sen Win, that no one can corroborate his statements? If he admits he is a hitman, can he be held accountable for his statement (or no because he is lying?)
He seems to be constantly changing his statements or contradicting the same. Adverse witness by whoever brought him at the Senate
How we wish Senate can conduct its business in a much higher level, and let us not lionize witness like Matobato and his patron.
And I thought the resolution on inquiry called for was about EJK on drug related killings - not DDS. How could the committee on justice and human rights deviated so much from its agenda? We thought as the highest thinkers of the land, they would not commit such booboo on parliamentary procedures?

There will be more fun this coming week. Last week it was gruesome albeit inconsistent uncorroborated testimony of Edgar Matobato (grade 1 daw lang pero HS sa kanyang service records)
This time this will be affidavits of members of NBP 19 who will testify vs the lady solon whom Sec. V Aguirre of DOJ say are not coached. The testimony will focus on how the drug money was used to bank roll the lady's senatorial candidacy. (Real meaning of narco politics)
12 inmates would testify; among them convicted drug lords Noel Martinez and Herbert Golangco. It was alleged that LDL visited NBP 8 times in disguise. It was alleged that P5 million was delivered to the lady's house in the presence of her driver Ronnie Dayan.

Eduard Matobato - now lives in Pangasinan (why)
In the Senate hearing today, Sen Peter Alan Cayetano was declared out of order by Chair Senator Leila de Lima. The time of Sen Cayetano was cut when the questioning of Edgar Matobato strayed into the question of "how come you are now in Pangasinan coming all the way from Davao. Of course we know that Urbiztondo is in Pangasinan) The microphone of Cayetano was cut off(who is rude) and Cayetano had to be escorted, upon instruction of De LIMa out of the session.
Matobato alleges VM Paolo is drug user, DU30 was alleged to be behind DDS, DU30 ordered the killing of DI of Pres. sister. But the ombudsman has issued a ruling all ready on the non existence of DDS. CHR was not able to prove the existence of DDS Why make Senate a forum (forum shopping) to open the case embarrass the Pres? Is this not a plot by LP to bring down DU30. Talk about attacks including attacks from VP who is part of the Pres. Cabinet?
Sen Ping Lacson saw inconsistency too in Matobato's testimony. He has not seen the latter (although isinabit siya, nor the personnel he mentioned were not known by the good senator formerly from PNP) Sen Lacson sees inconsistency in Matobato testimony
But who is really unparliamentarian. ? The good lady senator continued asking the witness with leading questions which is uncalled for the chair who must be neutral. That is what Sen Cayetano said to the good senator.
The lady senator was observed to be doing that when he led and literally put words into the mouth of the CHR head re the new definition of EJ (after she erred on the scope of this hearing in the definition of AO35)
The witness was observed to have no one who can corroborate his statement not even his companions nor his live in partner. They appear to hearsay fabricated in the august halls of Senate? And would appear useless as testimony even under a judicial oath. This is what the questioning of Sen Gatchalian showed.
The witness implicated the sister of Pres DU30 and son VM Paolo Duterte
