Duterte Marcos feud now tiring, better let them

It is more fun criticizing

Watching the Quadcomm, Sarah Duterte videos has been entertaining for the several months. But the telenovela now is tiring and its better for them to finish the show: (Its a show  its a battle which they started and must finish;   they alone can benefit for lose from this spectacle(

1.  It is just pitiful to see govt institutions put to bad use and waste, the HORs and money to corrupt parties to be used;

2j.  Wate of manpower too, waste of our time

3.  Thet the govt security has been compromised:     1.  Revealing the source/payee of cofnidential funds (the leftist would like to know them)    2.   The HORS dancing with and giving them power and authority to run the country (not knowing they can bring down HOR or the country   3.  Truth half truths and lies mixing together splasshing across soc media and TV screen causing your brain to doubt its insanity

4.  Proliferation of pseudo leaders influencers and vloggers whose expertise needs much to be desired

5.  Not good for our job, busiiness andprogress

Let us do someting else

No way PHL can control political dynasties - its the human nature, its part of human history?

It is more fun criticizing

It was reported that there would soon be 5 Tulfos in the governement, 3 Villars. at the Senate.  There are 2 Ejercitos too, 2 Cayetanos.  We are still waiting for the Dutertes to come forward as announced prior.  Then the Marcoses:   BBM, Imee, Sandro, Romuladez.   We do not know the extent of dynasties in the province:   Ortega, Espino,  Singson, Ampatuan, Daza,  Hernandez, Suarez,  Lagman,  Co and many more.

What else is new.   This happens despite the constitutional provision against political dynasties.  This is the ideal as in US.  But then we have to admit we are not US

So far several Congresses have failed to pass enabling laws, despite the huge number of legislators enabling legistlation to control dynasties.

When we look at the Roman empires, the norm of the day was having family dynasties ruling Rome.   Leadership were passed on from parent Emperors to their children.

Why is she doing this? Is there trouble in the family

It is more fun criticizing

Why is she doing this?  Is there trouble in the family?

Or this is a political strategy?   To still appear as Duterte ally and get Mindanao vote?   And distance hereself from the machination of the Romualdez at the House?

More power to her.

All that the govt BIR has to do is to collect the taxes - sell the estate garnish the subject estate instead of making this a political piece

It is more fun criticizing

If indeed the P20 billion or P200 billion estate taxes on a certain family that is collectible final and executory all that BIR has to do is conduct a sale, garnish the  property so that the govt gets its taxes.  There is no need to make a carnival out of this issue.

Its not the fault of the family not to have paid the taxes if there are legal issues on ownership.  If the BIR is really intent on collecting it shall be collected.

The parties who have made public outcry of this issue should  have stayed quiet on this if the information is incomplete or  merely parroting an opinion of supposed sagacious persons

This embarrassing for them, supposed presidentiables if they just jumped into conclusion and made media mileage on a false or incomplete information

We hope BIR collects soon as directed by the President and stop making this as a political issue.   Negativism, or running on a platform based  on hate is not a solid strategy.

Trouble in Paradise for the forthcoming Presidential election or shall it be Glenn Acosta?

It is more fun criticizing

Rizal Philippines
6.29.2021

One can not but help notice the change in alliances and friendship amongst personality due to the forthcoming election

For the administration

PD and Emmanuel Pacquiao.  Pacquiao and Duterte relationship is souring up, despite perceived alliance and material support of the  former during the 2016 election.  (No Sa Pacq or Du Pacq)

PD and the Marcoses.    No more political ambition for the Marcoses.   Alliances have stopped.
No more Sa Marc or

How about political debt to Villar and GMA

For the opposition:

Who is it going to be Leni?

Sotto and Ping (Ping So)

Effectively with the death of Pinoy the opposition popularity would have weakened consdierably.

May be Tulfo and Willie can launch their political careers or even Ding Dong.  Or even Glenn Acostoa (Gabby Concepcion)   or even Cupcake.   Who knows.

Do news still continue to surprise anyone

It is more fun criticizing

Rizal Philippines

Protesters opposed to Donald Trump took to the streets of Miami on Friday. (Francisco Alvarado for The Washington Post)

A number of surprising  news came out during the last 2 weeks.   And some of them may stir the proverbial hornets nest

1.  The Supreme Court allows the burial of late Pres Marcos at Libingan ng mga Bayani

From GMA news

2.  The election results of November 8, 2016 resulted in Donald Trump being the next President of the Philippines.  A number of anti Trump protest erupted in major US cities. (for anti illegals and immigrants pronouncemnet  All ready, EU is reacting (and the rest of the world) for the pro US rhetoric of Trump vs the rest of the world.

/Defeated candidate Clinton is heard to urge her followers to continue fighting.  If unstopped this could lead to widespread US disorder (We thought, Trump would be the one not to accept defeat

From Washington Post

3.  Today, there are rumblings of Pres DU30 about to cause the suspension of writ of habeas corupus if the spate of violence continues. especially in Mindanao where there are plenty of armed rebellion  What.!!???   Just for fighting drugs.  So many died all ready in his campaign.  Pati ba civil liberties mamatay?

From Inquirer - Pres warns of possible suspension of write of habeas corpus

Ateneo Professors slam young Marcos for "historical revisionism"

From Rappler on Ateneo condemnation of Bongbong

Ateneo Faculty criticizes Sen Bongbong Marcos for "historical revisionism"

For backgrounder, I was an activist before the Martial Law, and the good religious running the school purged the activitist (in favor of the dictator then and the supposed liberalism was gone)  The Dean and the religious leadership curtsied with the RP President.

Here we are are circa 2016 condemning a scion who was not responsible for dictatorship.  I did not join the signatories because I am not a historian and not qualified to mouth the term without understanding fully history (as Professors are told to exercise critical thinking.  Now the school Presidents are echoing the same line - walang ipinagkaiba sa aming mga romanticist activists who love to parrot nice lines. Walang bagong gimmick?  Parang mga romanticists of yore?

For all we know, history may be on the side of the young Marcos, and for all we know, how much we struggle vs their families (as we do vs dynasty) Bongbong may win.   That is the way with politics. It is nice to have stand vs such events.  But the majority of young voters admire the present and future young Marcos

To engage in condemnation and sloganeering at this point and time may be too late, too futile, Something else could have done earlier if indeed the Marcos were on the wrong side of history  If we are intent in having the Marcos legacy erased the Marcos detractors should have done the following:

Sen Bongbong Marcos could end up as country;s next Vice President

'WE'RE ELECTED.' Senator Bongbong Marcos says his family's electoral victory is a sign that Filipinos have moved on from martial law. File photo from Marcos' Facebook page

Rappler - The Leader I want

My fearless prediction is Sen. Bongbong Marcos could be the next VP of the country.  His political allies would make that possible.  Except for the Bicol Region,  Sen Marcos could get the  vote rich  provinces of Region I with his MasigaBONG, pasaluBONG campaign, the Eastern Visayas vote, the bailiwick of his mother.;   his running mate Presidential Candidate Sen. Santiago would support him at Western Visayas,  The youthful voters who support Sen Santiago would put in votes, demographic wise in the entire country.  If my informants are right, a candidate from Mindanao, would support the good Senator in Mindanao, provided he gets the support of the former in Northern Luzon. Makes strategic sense, doesnt it.

NCR and Region IV, Region 3 would just be the battle ground to fight for Sen. Marcos.

So despite the strong objection of the alleged victims of the father strongman, Sen Marcos might make it   Sen Marcos has matured enough, gained savvy and maturity and showed his brilliance on his stand on many occasions like SC Justice Corona;s impeachment, showed his balls on BBL.

He showed his courage when frontally attacked on the alleged wrong doing of his late father.

So the man to watch for next VP of the RP -  Sen Bongbong Marcos
