Explosive revelation from Matobato on DU30

In the Senate hearing today, Sen Peter Alan Cayetano was declared out of order by Chair Senator Leila de Lima.  The time of Sen Cayetano was cut when the questioning of Edgar Matobato strayed into the question of "how come you are  now in Pangasinan coming all the way from Davao.  Of course we know that Urbiztondo is in Pangasinan)  The microphone of Cayetano was cut off(who is rude) and Cayetano had to be escorted, upon instruction of De LIMa out of the session.

 Matobato alleges VM Paolo is drug user, DU30 was alleged to be behind DDS, DU30 ordered the killing  of DI of Pres. sister.  But the ombudsman has issued a ruling all ready on the non existence of DDS. CHR was not able to prove the existence of DDS   Why make Senate a forum (forum shopping) to open the case embarrass the Pres?  Is this not a plot by LP to bring down DU30.   Talk about attacks including attacks from VP who is part of the Pres. Cabinet?

Sen Ping Lacson saw inconsistency too in Matobato's testimony.  He has not seen the latter (although isinabit siya, nor the personnel he mentioned were not known by the good senator formerly from PNP)   Sen Lacson sees inconsistency in Matobato testimony

But who is really unparliamentarian.  ?  The good lady senator continued asking the witness with leading questions which is uncalled for the chair who must be neutral.  That is what Sen Cayetano said to the good senator.

The lady senator was observed to be doing that when he led and literally put words into the mouth of the CHR head re the new definition of EJ (after she erred on the scope of this hearing in the definition of AO35)

The witness was observed to have no one who can corroborate his statement not even his companions nor his live in partner. They appear to hearsay fabricated in the august halls of Senate? And would appear useless as testimony even under a judicial oath.  This is what the questioning of  Sen Gatchalian showed.

TV news last night were filled of videos of areas being hit by floods:   QC Del Monte River Banks, Marikina River banks, Calasiao and Sta Barbara in Pangasinan,  San Fernando Pampanga, and areas along Tullahan river (due to La Mesa Dam water nearing critical level  -  this would flood Valenzuela, Navotas, Malabon, and Caloocan City)  Some comments are worth making:

The water level at Marikina river has reached and will breach the critical level

1.  While the flooding is from nature, the other part comes from:    inadequate flood control (despite billions having spent for them)

2.  Those who live near the river banks must be permanently evacuated.  They live in river banks and the danger will always be there when the rivers swell  (true for Marikina and del Monte and elsewhere)

3.  The rivers must be dredged and accretion titles revoked.  This post noted that in Pasig and Marikina, the LGU developed the accredtion (the silt that were deposited on the river banks) thus narrowing the rivers and lessening the carrying capacity of the Pasig River

Man.s greed is to be blamed for this flooding.  This is true for flooding in Cainta and  Marikina and Pasig.   We all know the cause and yet we do not act.  In Pasig near the Soldiers village, scavengers occupied the area near the creek.  We posted that picture several years ago.  No one has dared take action on this.  You cant see the bridge structure anymore
