We saw a coverage on the budget hearing where the top officers of PNP were grilled by the Congress budget committee. One solon asked the following questions:
1. Is this an isolated case? (Why were the entire staff of a police station involved?
2 Is this part of the culture/mindset of police officers policeman?
3. Is this a normal practice for police to be in this kind of activities and normally tolerated.
