Minneapolis USA mayor involved in crimes?

It is more fun criticizing

A traffic stop led to one thing after another leading to alleged involvement of local officials in many crimes:   drug, human trafficking and many more leading to arrests and investigations.    We only thought that this could happen in distant places or in 3rd world countries but not in USA.
