Noting the comments of Cong Dante Marcoleta on Quadcom:

1.  The legislation to be made should have come ahead instead of the investigation and then the legislation comes.

2.  The legislature should have called upon investigating bodies to account for the investigation rather than doing the investigation themselves;

3.  Allowing a separate Senate committee hearing may not result in similar outcome and throws the two houses in bad light, and cast reasonable doubt and confusion on Quadcomm hearing.

4.  Some declaration affidavits may be hearsay;

5.  Some affidavits were drawn up while under detention and could have written under duress, and may void the written affidavit.   Who provided the computer, the printer, ??

There is no impeachment yet, but the quad com investigations are master class in power struggle, and demolition jobs.   The budget hearing,  Alice Guo, Garma, investigations Tony Yan investigations have adroitly and indirectly were telling us that all roads lead to a southern province city in the Mindanao.  

Survey have shown that ratings of the lady who would be queen in 2028 have dramatically gone down.  And the ratings of the Congress heir apparent to the throne would have gone up.

There is no need to impeach.  The stocks of theformer Pres and his daughter are all but destroyed.
