Does the recent monitoring of air quality reflect our resolve to solve flooding?

Social and political criticisms

After the floods, the rescue, the finger pointing and the talks about the floods/flood control, climate change, nothing much has changed.  Japan's resolve to save themselves from future tsunami floods, and typhoons has been to build all EV for the world to help reduce carbon emissions in the air.

But what have we done?  Are we improving air quality?  Are we helping reduce carbon emissions?

Are we contributing to lessen climate change?

x                                   Can you see the buildings from afar?

x                          How much carbon is hanging in the air?

x                               The Sucat Paranaque area looks a little bit clean

This is the Pasig/Ortigas area;   can you see the buildings?

What are we doing right after the floods regarding this primary cause of global warming --.> climae change?

NOTHING?  We cant claim something because the air quality has become worse....
