Prof Clarita Carlos endorsing BBM for Presidency?

It is more fun criticizing

Only BBM seem to have captured the nod of Prof Clarita Carlos a UP and respected professor who was the moderator at the latest SMNI "debate"especially the final questions on pessimist, optimist and Machiavellian.  Certainly thought provoking

She remarked that only BBM in some posts who has the only cogent foreign policy

The claim: UP Prof. Clarita Carlos criticized VP Leni Robredo for saying that she is running only because she doesn’t want BBM to win
Rating: LACKS CONTEXT
The facts: This quote stemmed from the appearance of UP Prof. Clarita Carlos in the radio talkshow of DLSU Prof. Antonio Contreras (https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=43F2crTkUs8)
Prof. Carlos rose into prominence agin for becoming a panelist of the SMNI Debate, which many of the candidates did not join. Fortunately, it was one of the only two debates that poll frontrunner Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr. attended so far.
In this talk show, Carlos indeed said the statement: “That is why I don’t like what Robredo is doing. Di ba she started with an anti-something platform?”
She added that she is closely watching Robredo because they both came from Naga.
And then she said that it was an actual quote, about Robredo’s remark pointed out in the pub mat, that “I (Robredo) am running because I don’t want BBM to win.”
In fairness to Carlos, she also criticized BBM and Pacquiao. She said that she asked Bongbong to “accept military and police atrocities” during the reign of his father.
She added that the other indicators like agriculture, health services and others were satisfactory during that time, and focusing only the repression would cloud the other good aspects.
She also chastised Manny Pacquiao for his lack of foreign policy knowledge.
As a whole, Carlos said that there should be one suyod (louse nitpicker) for all candidates and not different standards for each.
As a whole, the interview was unbiased. Unfortunately, by nitpicking only on Carlos’ perception on Robredo, we are losing the whole perspective.
The pub mat also creates the perception that Robredo is out for vengeance on only one person when she has a comprehensive platform for the government.

Nuong nagpaparinig si Prof Clarita Carlos na may mga kandidatong humihingi ng advance topics or questions bago mag join ng debate... ambilis ng mga scriptwriters and vloggers ni BBM mag labas ng videos and memes mocking Pacquiao and Leni.
Eh ngayon nilabas ng COMELEC ang sulat ng BBM camp asking exactly what Prof. Carlos was pointing out... ano na???
