Indonesia capital to be relocated; Jakarta is sinking due to ground water depletion and rising sea level

It is more fun criticizing

The capital is to be moved to Borneo.  

The water system is to be improved as there is salt water intrusion.   Most of Jakarta water comes from wells because of lack of reservoir

Could this be the same situation for Manila?
