PCol Jovie Espinido testifies before a committee inquiry that it was his bosss, a fmr chief of PNP and now a solon, that he was called to help him and the past Pres. on war vs drugs.  ".... dapat mawala na..."  A general term and it includes all means to eradicate includes killing."  This interaction included Mayor Espinosa of Albuera, and Mayor of Ozamis Parojinog.

There were also quota and reward system.    Part of reward came from POGO.  

What could be the reason for the 180 degree turn vs their former head and Pres. ?  That he wants to be exonerated from the  forthcoming ICC EJ prosecution.?

What would happen to the good senator.   But of course this is a telephone call and could be denied

      Du30 orders the reinstatement of Superintendent Marvin Marcos, suspect in the death of Albuera Mayor Espinosa further angering critics including erstwhile ally senators.  Du30 kept true to his statement that he will support policemen in the anti drug war campaign, and even promising to pardon those who are convicted.  This move will further embolden cops especially those whose claimed encounters/shoot outs are dubious and staged.  All ready there are complaints of those who lived to tell the tale that there were actually no encounters, shoot out, no drugs, no pot session.

NBI and DOJ earlier recommended the charge of murder vs the men under Marcos for the death of late Mayor Espinosa who was in the Baybay Leyte jail.  He was served a warrant in his jail at dawn, and was alleged to have shot it out  with the raiding team.      The death of Espinosa, is speculated to sow fear into the  hearts of those who are into narco politics.  And there are many;  including those who are engaged in the Marawi conflict

The charge was later down graded to homicide

   We admire the Pres for some of his decision but this one is off.

What DU30 is a top drug protector - De LIma?

After news came out Dec 2, 2016 that DU30 ordered the reinstatement of CIDG head Mervin Marcos, alleged leader of the CIDG group that did Mayor Espinosa in, Sen de Lima alleges that it is possible that the President is a drug protector?  What?  Something is moronic if not quixotic going on (the lady must have gone crazy for making that conclusion) After being accused of abetting the drug trade under watch and being alleged as using drug money for her election, she has the guts and nerve (under sane conditions) to accuse the top drug nemesis this accusation;  and after basing her premise on the allegations of the son Kerwin (whom she says she is a liar for alleging that she received millions from the former)

DU30 could be right that the lady has gone crazy out of desperation for being hemmed in a corner.  But as she said, she is not giving up.

On the other hand the Pres is wrong for bypassing Bato and ordering the hit.   (Baka ibunyag siya ni Marcos)  Ang gulo
