Yesterday this post observed public transportation plying their routes. They were back in usual numbers in their smoke belching speeding ways. There were no more plastic dividers; were back to their usual load and with ever standing sabit passengers.
Are they following the DOTR guidelines on public transportation
Is it all ready safe? Are we overzealous to return to normal when it is still abnormal
