This post tried having answers from search engine on these items:  (being the subject of debates and contentions

      Ans:   Yes   Only the President is immune from prosecution.   The idea that impeachable officer is               immune from criminal prosecution is a constitutional superstition.

3.  Can the Senate overturn the 16 required votes and lowe the same:    Ans:   Yes

2 and 3 answers are contradictory.    The 16 it says is from the Constitution.     Do we say 1 and 2 are

     correct, and Number 3 answer is doubtful?

Ombudsman Martires no action vs VP Sarah

He sees no action vs VP Sarah Duterte.   He advised Usec Andres to shut up and said that his office can alone stop VP.   It is within the power of the Ombudsman to take over the VPs investigation.  

We also do not agree that VP Sarah can only be impeached and then only can be charged criminally afterwards when she has lost her immunity.   

VP Sarah has probably found a white knight in Martires whom his father appointed as Ombudsman
