Fmr SP Franklin Drilon says the flood control controversies have no equal in his 34 years of govt service

It is more fun criticizing

Perhaps it is so massive and so scandalous:   ghost projects,  cut and paste, uncompleted projects op, etc
Massive 20-25% commissions for just including in NEP, UA, or Bicam, paid in advance.    etc.    Milking raiding the treasury progressed from pork barrel, PDAF and now flood control projects.   How creative our top leaders can be  Whom we entrust with out taxes and nations future.

Indonesia massive protest vs lawmakers allowances; will this happen in the PHL amidst the massive alleged corruption on DPWH flood control projects?

It is more fun criticizing

The protests in Indonesia over increase of allowances of lawmakers sparked awesome destruction and trouble.   Will this happen in PHL amidst much greater amount of money alleged to have been stolen and the profligacy being posted by the nepos.?  This post thinks what happened in PHL is more outrageous

Where were our activists when legislators in the PHL voted unto themselves huge emoluments    The flood control anomalies, budget insertions and ghost projects have to stop  And the perpetrators jailed.   Will that happen.   The heavens took the first step by dumping huge amount of rain at the HQ of the manggagatas...

Where to get the funding for relief, covid facilities and ayuda

It is more fun criticizing

Rizal Philippines
3.28,2021

This post is rather alarmed about the huge outlay that were needed for BAHO laws 1 and 2, allegedly to be used for testing contract tracing quarantine facilties vaccines and more..  The country has incurred huge debts, mosly from multilateral organizations.

And yet our lawmakers and some leaders speak as if we we have endless source of funding for all of these:

1.  A solon has a TV ad to convince the Congress to give P10,000 each of citizens during this later part of Pandemic.

2.  Where has all the money gone  -  those that were budgetted by Congress.   The appeal by a Senator for an audit and/or accounting of the billions would seem to have fallen on deaf ears
