Express travel has been preferred by travelers and commuters and pedestrian frinedly roads and pathways. This is not the case in the Philippines. The regulators have been bent in making systems that may be good for the commuters and pedestrians. They forgot that systems and or changes must be customer centric - put the customers first and foremost. Consider:
1. North and South Terminals. You have to stop at terminals and get another ride at the city Despite
the seamless north and south expressway access, those travelling by bus have to get off on, get off
get on to other buses. Not the most convenient and modern way to travel
Plane travel, and travel via colorum vans and or personal vehicles would be more convenient
2. The pedestrian overpass and train access. You have to climb steep stairways. This does not
dwell well with senior citizens
3. Vendors and other obstacles along pedestrian walks.
Please plan around the convenience of the citizens of the communters please sirs. Planners. Govt genius
