Very cunning and wily fox FPRRD
There are talks that there are enough admissions that FPRRD made that he can be charged in court. He was provoking everyone to charge him and anybody else if you have enough evidence
The guy is a wily fox a seasoned politician and lawyer and must have though out carefully how to extricate himself (if it was necessary) from legal threats:
Example:
1. If Sec De Lima then at DOJ and CHR has something vs Duterte, with all the resources and powers of the govt was she not able to charge him?
2. He talked about Death Squad, and he could not tell the body their names, and that was 30 years ago. If there was a case against the former President, then the case has prescribed
3. Then there is the tedious task of linking each and every case from the victim up the organization of PNP if indeed they were ordered by Duterte. What if the hit was not done by PNP but by a hired killer?
You still have to find the hit man and connect the hit man and the PNP. Smart eh.
