The much awaited impeachment of VP Sara is most likely not going thru as SC rules the impeachment vs the VP is unconstitutional.  Some quarters, netizen, anti VP are quick to conclude that there has been a change of PHP for this ruling (What a shame for the netizen).  But it is truly fair and just.  We respect the SC and its cogent ruling.   The end of story... of bloodbath... We can now refocus and rebuilding the country after the flood:   search for the flood control projects that did not work.  Do a no nonsense work of country governance and maybe seek advice for the leader who seem clueless as to the reality in the country.   And make more sensible statements.

Former President RRD and Cong. Sid Ungab, former head of Appropiations Committee at Congress before Elizalde Co, took note that the bicam conference report had blanks, there is no published 2025 budget yet.   That the signed bicam report as basis of 2025 GAA with blanks (also signed) violate the constitution (since only Congress can approve budget and no such bodies as bicam.  Many changes, deletion and insertion took place in bicam reports.  Also, it is provided that Congress can not increase budget that is higher provided in NEP.    Yet the OP budget ballooned.

Palace PBBM says the allegation are fake news.    

Clearly some negligence violation of the constitution happened in the 2025 budget.   Dep Ed got lower budget than DPWH.   (The constitution provides for higher budget of Dep Ed.  Someone did not read or has not memorized the 1987 constituion.  

Vic Rodriguez clarified that the evidentiary evidence had blanks.   The Palace maybe inserted in the final version.  But the bicam report bore the smoking gun.   

Is this not too much negligence, garapalan, and gross violation of constitution and must be stopped?

The reported P700 billion pork budget of the OP is worrisome.  Some say this is unconstitutional, and is suspect, Considering the past mistakes of unfettered administration.  This is 7/10 of a trillion and a good % of the national budget.  Wow

And that some of the GOCCs funds including that of Phillhealth (also SSS?)  shall be dipped into.   And to think that our country is getting deeper into debt.

A very popular senator who makes waves in the august halls of the government for espousing populist issues rather than legislating (as his job is) for the good of all and progress of the country  He and other politicians are just endearing himself/themselves to the voters,   The sense of nation building has vanished, but only pro poor policies, social welfare abounds.   

We wonder as as Sen Rand in US speech whether being pro sector of society is unconstitutional, as is donation to private parties (that is what social welfare is about)

Thats what past administration did.   In the process, this resulted in  huge debts and deficit to the government.  And now everybody criticizes the past administration for huge debts....

Have we not learned lessons from pro poor population of Venezuela.    This created huge problems for the monetary system.   A big mac costs 17 million something
