Some legal experts observe that procedures in serving of Arrest Warrant vs FPRRD was not observed:

1.  The custody of local competent court of the accused;

2    Rights of due process including the right to bail.

Did FPRRD trick the arresting team to make this error and thus nullify the arrest.  (He was not given custody of competent local court, including the right to bail)?

The currrent President reversed himself -  he initially said ICC cant execute the arrest warrant if it comes, and then later on declared that it is duty of Philippine govt to cooperate with international bodies.   We can not understand the flip flopping, and or what is he saying now.  For being inconsistent.  Well this a convenient way to eliminate enemies.  (Not even the hair of Sen de la Rosa)   One can always change his mind.

More trouble ahead.   What happened to their team, to their legal consultants and have not drawn out scenarios clearly for consequence of action?

It was St John the Baptist Festival last June 24, and as usual there were lot of Basaan (water dousing)  - supposed to be good clean fun.   However, some of the residents jointing the religious celebration seemed to have exceeded their limits, and even provisions of the City Ordinance  like wetting jeepney passengers, dousing water to passengers and drivers inside the vehicle.  There was even acid throwing incident.  A rider filed case for being assaulted while working

Soon cases will be filed vs individuals who were videotaped.  We hoped that they will be disciplined and the same shall not be repeated.   And we must practice decency and control during such celebrations.  It gives bad names to Catholics and Christians.

We have similar celebration in our town fiesta,  But we have not done such similar things.

This post is rather disappointed with the ruling of banning for 30 days  of soc media account.   This post brings in hundreds of thousands in view and what could have been a violation is merely reposting from the same platform, articles from other pages.   

They should have eliminated these accounts and blocked the articles

After several of my pages were taken down on alleged violation of community standards, this post has been keenly aware of what is allowed and not allowed to be posted.

However some virulent posts attacking candidates have been appearing and this post wonders if the  watchmen of the platform are going to take down the posts.   Maybe they can campaign for their candidates but to attack the personality of certain candidates without conviction from the courts is out of line and goes beyond ethics of publication and may be even a crime/illegal

About this division of people due to politics or our own candidates,-  this is temporary.  After the election we go back to normal lives.   Our lives will not be altered by whoever wins the election.  It will remain the same if we do not change our attitudes, mindset and the way we behave.  Many nations have progressed inspite of the so "called leaders"  We carve our own destiny, not the so "called leaders" These prophets can be of doom and as Joker Arroyo has put it, it simply a battle among"\ Commissioners"  Kasi to the victor

The virus will control the outcome of our health problems; not the new leaders.  So let us save our anger and energy hitting hurting our friends and relatives about the election.

A noontime TV show featuring resolutions of domestic problems:    paternity suits, love tales, property disputes has gained  traction and  popularity.  And the  name of the  host is a byword whenever there appears to be dispute arising.

But wait?   Can you discuss all of these things in public in a TV show when all the stuff beingn discussed are personal, and are embarrassing?   Will it be good for the family and the children of parties concerned?

Litigants:   the plaintiff and the  defendant have  rights.  and are guaranteed under the  constitution.

Is CHR sleeping?   Are  DOJ SC watching over these items?    Is this OK

A fan page has been unpublished 3 times, and I experienced the 3rd time.  Its about a sports page. The reason for unpublishing is that it has not followed the community standards.  It is not clear however what the violations are.  As far as this post is concerned, the posts is about promotion of particular sports and what are contained are reposts and original content on the sports.

The post does not mind though.  It means less work and less tension on thinking of what to post.

This post is sure that with the tens of thousands who view the page, a lot of business has been delivered to the social media.   We are unpaid workers of the company and we tirelessly post not for money but the drive to be famous and great . We are zuckers?

It is better to go back at Google who is friendlier although less visible.   (But searchable)

                                             Mataas na ngayon.  P1,000 lowest, up to P5,000

Last Tuesday, galing ako sa Norte sa Region 1. In one of the vote rich towns in vote rich province it was reported that a mayoralty candidate was giving away P1,000 to every registered voter and the hundreds of tricycles lined up in front of his factory attest to the veracity of the report.    Even bigger amount was given to barangay head.   In one of the cities, it was reported that the level of vote buying was at P5,000 per, and the budget for the election at city mayoralty level was placed at P200 million. Wow

Just what can we expect from this candidates if they bought the votes?  Surely there are financiers and ROI is expected.  This coupled with many violation in the poster rules, is condemn able how many candidates made fun and mockery of election rules.  How can we expect good government and progress improvement from these leaders. Shall our country be better if our misconduct with regards to governance and compliance is worsening?

Did the administration candidates Mar Roxas and Leni Robredo violate the election code?

Congresswoman Leni Robredo was interviewed last night at a TV station regarding her candidacy for VPresidency.  While being  interviewed there were scripts being flashed on the screen like:    Nielsen estimates that the administration candidate have spent roughly a billion pesos for the ads;  while the limit for the the campaign is only P10 per voter or roughly P500,000,000.  There is all ready over spending and that they had a headstart.  The election period started only last February 9, 2016 But her ranking upped from 3% to a high 14% because of the election spending!

Some sectors are campaigning for the disqualification of the tandem since there were events and nominations conducted prior to the timelines prescribed by the law.  It was asked in the TV interview how could this staggering amount be recovered by the candidates?

But one is worried thattuwid na daan tandem all ready committed illegal acts while campaigning.
