Review of history PHL laws imperative on the Sabah issues

Social and political criticisms

From Sabah claim society blog by Nemo Nos Impune Lacessit  March 1, 2013

1.  From a legal stand point PH must prosecute the Sultan's claim over Sabah.  RA 5522 and 4466 passed in 1968, acquired title and dominion over Sabah (North Borneo) and such law has not been repealed, modified nor repealed.  Full sovereignity over Sabah was turned over to the Phil govt in behalf of the Sultanate by Esmail Kiram 1 on September 12 1962 to then Pres Diosdado Macapagal.

2.  Please note that the late Sen Jovito Salonga the father of Philippine claim to Sabah.

3.l  Here are posts on Memorandum from Malacanang No 162 in 2008 which prohibits civil servants from recognizing Sabah as part of Malaysia.

3.2 provision of RA 5446 clearly annexing Sabah as part of PHL territory

thus one wonders over comments and betrayal of the action of the brave Taosug people who simply support the PHL laws.

 4.  From Manila Standard - the Jabidah Massacre

What do you think of these recitation/review of facts?

Are the Taosugs, are the Kiram's right?

Are they on an adventure?

Should they be jailed?

Who are hotheaded?  Kiram or .... M....

Are some of the comments and action by our leadership product of sagacity?
