Ever since former MMDA chief Francis Tolentino let traffic cut through portions of  C5, it has become a bottle neck.  The u turns of former MMDA chief BF worked.  Where are the five traffic lights:   at Ateneo, at  Acropolis, Lanuza, Mckinley and Marcos Highway cor Katipunan.

The traffic at Rosario, Ortigas, C5 area forms into a gridilock because the traffic slows down at Ortigas because of traffic light at Ortigas, Lanuza, ;  the traffic from Ortigas Tiendisitas  slow down before the another Lanuza stop light.  After Bagong Ilog,the traffic speeds up until Mckinley.

If you travel and commute, you find out after Mckinley, and after Unimart, there is no more traffic.

Can somebody remove the bad memories and heavy traffic that failed Senatoriable Francis Tolentino left behind.   It was much better than before he changed the rules.

What caused the flood in Cainta, Pasig and Ortigas Ave Extension?

I tried to find out whether the hypothesis that the creeks and rivers were responsible for the Ortigas Ave extension.  Surely, there will be people whose houses will be damaged, there will be electrocution, aids and rescue operations.   But the root causes will not be investigated nor removed.  They are there, we ignore, we deny that they exist, and that some of our country men due to their selfish acts caused this:

                 They will be always the victim; why cant we move them?  Why are they untouchables?  Cant the govt relocate them to a much safer place?

We had a meeting in downtown Manila last night and traffic and commuting were a nightmare.  Travel time from Espana to our place took four hours.  We left the UST area by 730 and we were home by 11:30.

A lot of commuters were seen to be walking :   along Espana, Ortigas Ave and Ortigas Ext..  Traffic was hardly moving at all avenues and roads and we wonder what was happened?

Later on we learned from the TV:  that Kris Aquino and Manny Pacquiao took the train on the way to an engagement;  that basketball players walked from Corinthian to Araneta center because the traffic stood still.

Was it traffic management?  Did the rains cause the traffic jams?

How come we had the traffic ground to standstill?  Can anybody explain the cause and how to solve this?

Why are Ayala and Ortigas properties prices soaring?  Because they are not subject to flooding.

What did they do to prevent flooding?

By building wide and deep creeks.  For other subdivisions, what did they do?

l.  They grabbed lands from the creeks;

2.  They sold the creeks.
