US Presidential Candidate Donald Trump and Russias chief Vladimir Putin have expressed support for Pres. Duterte war and drugs.  This is in stark contrast to D5, current US Pres. Obama, and UN Sec Generals contrarian opinion on the said war.

Trump agrees that the only way to rid the country of drug lords and pushers would be to sweep them away.  Drug problems hinder the effort of the govt for progress, and the poor are always the victims
Putin on the other hand acknowledged the efforts of Pres. DU30 and pledged whatever is needed in his anti drug campaign.  (Is Clinton against DU30?)  Queen Elizabeth has expressed her support for DU30 too

Talk about tough leaders being together.  This post awaits Pres Xi of China, another tough leader, were it not for the West Phil. Sea problem to say the same.

Pres Vladimir Putin was alleged to have said this before Duma (Russian Parliament):

On February 04, 2013, Vladimir Putin, the Russian president, addressed the Duma, (Russian Parliament), and gave a speech about the tensions with minorities in Russia : 

"In Russia live Russians. Any minority, from anywhere, if it wants to live in Russia, to work and eat in Russia, should speak Russian, and should respect the Russian laws. If they prefer Sharia Law, and live the life of Muslims then we advise them to go to those places where that's the state law. Russia does not need Muslim minorities. Minorities need Russia, and we will not grant them special privileges, or try to change our laws to fit their desires, no matter how loud they yell 'discrimination'. We will not tolerate disrespect of our Russian culture. We had better learn from the suicides of America, England, Holland and France, if we are to survive as a nation. The Muslims are taking over those countries and they will not take over Russia. The Russian customs and traditions are not compatible with the lack of culture or the primitive ways of Sharia Law and Muslims. When this honorable legislative body thinks of creating new laws, it should have in mind the Russian national interest first, observing that the Muslim minorities are not Russians. 

The politicians in the Duma gave Putin a five minute standing ovation.

Do you think he is correct in dealing with this problem?
Counter jihad is proposing such a solution:  banning mosques, banning Sharia law.  Japan even bans importation of Quran in Arabic.  We need to be patriotic. In the Phil, I think it is ok for Muslims to have their own country in Mindanao, secede and forever remove Muslims in Luzon and Mindanao.  And implement what Japan has decreed for Muslims. That is the only way we can avoid trouble with Islam Exremists.  They should have visa when they visit Visayas and Luzon.

For the first time ever, a Russian leader talked down the leader of the world's most powerful nation and maked him looked weak. This came as result of Obama's planned military intervention in Syria due to alleged use of chemical weapons vs its people.  Of course, we know that Vladimir Putin sides with Assad.

The remarks by Putin was triggered that US response to the Syria's action is exceptional.  Putin, in reference to US as exemplar  of democracy, of equality, says for US to consider itself as exceptional is dangerous.  We are equals.  Many think, including  the Pope, that a US-led airstrike will result in more escalation (includes US vs USSR) and death of the innocent (I agree).

USA can no longer be seen as model of democracy but model of brute force cobbling coalitions to be either with USA or against US.

Here is the text of the Russian leader comment on US exceptionalism:

"My working and personal relationship with President Obama is marked by growing trust. I appreciate this. I carefully studied his address to the nation on Tuesday. And I would rather disagree with a case he made on American exceptionalism, stating that the United States’ policy is “what makes America different. It’s what makes us exceptional.” It is extremely dangerous to encourage people to see themselves as exceptional, whatever the motivation. There are big countries and small countries, rich and poor, those with long democratic traditions and those still finding their way to democracy. Their policies differ, too. We are all different, but when we ask for the Lord’s blessings, we must not forget that God created us equal.
