Covid 19 origin - a conspiracy theory that it started in US

This post received a post at social media yesterday.  However, it seems that the post is deleted and could not forward the same to other friends through messenger, nor post at it at the same soc media platform where it started.  The picture of the covid19 labelled train bulk carrier is disturbing

This article may get me into trouble...???  This is just to save the post picture for posterity.  Surely, the US side would not like the world to see this theory and hypothesis

The post posit that the real source of the virus is from US because (as contained in the article)   of the following reasons:

1. There is a P5 laboratory in Maryland that delves in hazardous and deadly diseases:  Anthrax, SARS etc which although ordered closed due to non observance of waste water disposal still continue to operate

2.  The post alleges the Chinese spokesman version that the virus was brought to China who participated in the Wuhan War Games. There were 300 soldiers sent, no one won an event.  The soldiers went around Wuhan.

3. There is a long story that the reserarch started in University of North Carolina, and Chinese savants were involved;

4.  The findings that there are 4 to 5 versions/strain of the coronavirus around the world, and US has all the strains.

5.  There are speculations that US is the source since logiccally, if it has all the strains, then the conclusion is that  it is the source.

6.  The Wuhan theory can explain the Wuhan, Japan, Korea  (Italy becasuse of the Wuhan and Northern Italy business ties)  but not the US pandemic, nor high number of cases  in US - more than half a million, and that of Spain, France UK and Germany.   Why is there such a big number in US - due to the porous travel between US and China.

China/CCP is to be held responsible.

Some countries have filed cases vs China all ready.  But it is hard to prove that China planned it all along and had bad intent.    These stories explain the spread of the virus in China, Asia and Italy. But not in US.

In just released documentary, it was pointed out that the Coronavirus did not come from bats, or Wuhan Seafood market.   It came from a Virus Lab, in Wuhan, run and controlled by CCP military.  And probably a part of Chinese goal of global dominance.

In the Philippines, it is observed that its leadership has fallen for the Chinese "friendship" what with gifts of face mask (some say are infected), medical doctors, firearms for the police state visit, but at the same time, building military infrastructures at disputed islands.  Two faced diplomacy....And to the activitists of yester years, having won by the long March Mandala concept and what have you. espoused by Mao Tse Tung.  China is not friend - its the new imperialist replacing US and other Western Countries. Did Phil leadership observe the first rule?  Know thy enemy?

In a noted book on Strategy, it was mentioned that there are no friends, only enemies.  In most world diplomacy there are courteous dinners and conversation but there always special/dark ops taken as an enemy.   So there are CIAs and KGB.

In a graduate studies, one of those who reported a middle official of a  regional bank funded by China, the student (also bearer of several graduate studies in UK and Australia) remarked that China is seeking to restore its " rightful place in the World History"  It sounded chilling to me but many of the things we have we owe to Chinese culture.

And because of this I studied Xi, its leader a cunning and intelligent leader.  He rose up the CCP ranks because of his goal of achieving the "China dream"  ie world dominance.  He was known to have eliminated his adversaries in political power by having them purged under the anti corruption campaign he started.  Xi has been known to endear himself to the military and is head of three powerful bodies in CCP.

China is on its way to dominate the world:

    1.  Through diplomacy by establishing relations with Europe (Italy)  US enemies (Iran) and Africa through
          loans and  joint project.

   2.  Economic -
       1.  loans through the regional bank it established.

       2.  The Belt and Road initiative
             Which stretches across China, Asia and Europe.  Part of this is Italy, and they established                              commercial relaltions for textile industries and other investment

      3.  By being the low cost manufacturer of the world and being part of the world supply chain.  Other
          countries seeing through this, having seen the  disruption under Covid19, and incentivizing return
          of manufacturing back to home country (as Japan)

        It is reported that China at the height of CoVid 19 established its own currency to end US dollar
       dominance. Since the price of oil has been to low $20s, the dominance of PetroDollars is likely to
       end soon and Yuan or Remnbi will be world dominant currency.   US owes China by way of US
       Treasury Notes in trillions. Overnight, the Chinese could dump these Treasuries and value of US
       Currency.  China is supposed to have cornered market for gold.

      It is reported that when stocks nosedived around the world, China bought into many strategic
      companies at Bargain Price

     4.  Technology -   China is into robotics,supercomputer, software and is into aerospace signalling its
          entry into space high tech.   China leads in 5g technology  And itno life sciences research as
         supervised by CCP  (this includes the corona virus and vaccine research)

    5. Military  -  China has been building aircraft carriers, missile equipped bases in the West Philippine sea.
        that threatens the US supremacy in the West pac.   And probably ending their dominance.  Likewise
        it is alleged that CCP is into bio warfare due to its ivolvement in the Wuhan Virus Labs (as investor
       and managers.

     Some of the officers wrote a book "Unrestricted Warfare) - an out of the box approach to warfare.
    as early as 1999.  The authors were:   Qiao Ling, and Wang Xiangsi.   When war transcends the original
    boundaries, it  called unretsricted warfare.  There is no single effective weapon now.  Maybe it is
    computer hacking or picture of American soldiers being dragged in streets of Mogadishu. This is like
    lesson in innovation -  out of the box thinking.  First there are no rules in innovation.  Qiao and Wang must
    have been decorated by Xi or CCP already

   Like China having control of face masks, PPE and ventilators.  Its all prepaid purchase now.  First come,
   highest bidder. And now they have a vaccine, in the very lab where it was studied (started - leaked)

    And now the Covid 19. China winning the World war without firing a shot.

   Many Fils may regard Chinese as lowly fellows, like they are magbobote or magtataho of yore.  But they
   are smart and cunning. Know thy enemies.

Happy April Fools Day

Situation:/Problem

1.  A famed Pediatric Transplant Surgeon died of CoVid 19 died, and his son wished that the  govt  had "a more coherent plan" vs the epidemic.  Dont we have a coherent plan?

As I tried to review the literature available, there seems to be no pandemic plan, or one that tells how to handle a lockdown.  We are in a new territory.

There are movies that depicts pandemic situation in 2011, and pandemic protocol at the the time of Pres George Bush.   We could have just copied them.

There is RA 11332 but reviewing it only tells the reporting of the notifiable diseases, and does not tell, of a national comprehensive plan how to deal with a pandemic, like resources and methodology.  Here we are talking of shortages of PPE and ventilators which should have been covered in a comprehensive pandemic plan...

2.  Despite the strict lockdown, the number of cases of doubled to 2,000 and others were saying the lockdown was a failure.  (No it is not.  The number of deaths despite the size of population is still in the low double digits and number of cases low 4 numbers)

3.  Maybe because of machismo attitude vs the disease:     duduran or ihiian, sasampalin the leadership of the Philippines took the situation lightly, and the  professionals reporting to him, busy as they are had plenty of oversights, and left much of the work to the barangay, who are busy all ready, and who are ill capacitated to handle a complex situation like a pandemic.

   In a coherent plan, in a lockdown, detailed procedures should have been made  detailed, resources provided and adequate training made.

      1.  Communication of the orders,  (this is an important part of the protocol

      2.  Training of the frontliners, policemen, soldiers and barangay officials.

     3.  Transport of goods and medicine (neglected) and food (divergent policies of LGUs are all
           ready endangering food supplies in the centers of population

    4.  Food of the residents.  In a lockdown situation, as in Wuhan, the govt provides the food of all
        citizens 3x a day, because everybody stays at home

    5.  Stockpiles of medical supplies:   PPE medicines, vaccines.  Some claim that the death of many health            professionals are caused by lack of PPE.  We are canvassaing for ventilators which are in short supply.          The govt procurement procedures, as I reviewed with a supplier appear very complex

   6.  Because of various lockdown policies:   like limited market hours etc the goal of the lockdown, to
        limit transmission became much worse. The military punishment by PNP and AFP on civilian  popu-
        lation is causing friction between the govt and the civilian population

4.  Adopting only one strategy:  strict lockdown with adverse social and economic costs

     The European countries failed to implement lockdown, but SK and Japan are battling the disease
     through  mass testing, isolating the sick, quarantine  facilities

     Maybe we are evolving because we welcomed the Abbot POC testing, China test kits.  We are setting
     Covid 19 Centers, and quarantine facilities and yes, expanded the  number of accredited laboratories.

    Maybe we and or our senior officers should not be faulted because of China influence on our President.  The Chinese hid many information from the Philippine health officers like the the extent of infection during the  Lunar New Year, hence we allowed Wuhan residents to spread infection to the Philippines

5.  Allowing the  Wuhan migrants to land at the Philippines when the the infection was all ready at all time
     high at Wuhan.

6.  All ready many are questioning the competence and lack of leadership of senior manager at the Health Department which includes but not limited to conflict of interest, late response, being reactive rather than being proactive

     1.  Adamance to implement  mass testing

     2.  Alleged COI

    3.   Lack of planning and preparation  

7.  Lack of unity of command, compliance and obedience (sakit ng Pinoy)

    There is no need for this in Japan, SK or Japan (we are more like the Spaniards and Italians) who continued to party despite the  epidemic

    Examples:

   1.  Varied and conflicting orders and laws implementing lockdowns, thus slowing or impeding flow of
        goods and food to the centers of population.  Thus we have  cases of rotting undelivered vegetables
        Plenty of rice in the province but rising prices in cities because of lack of rice because of lockdowns
       in the provinces

   2.  Transport of medical personnel, although solved later on

   3.  Problems in food distribution.  All ready there are reported trouble due to delays in food distribution

Maybe the health officials are good at observing protocols but are not good at changing them.  (Matitigas din ang ulo) That is why the health officials will keep repeating the same thing, until we/they find it not to be working.  May be we are good at treating the patients but the lack of test kits, PPE and ventilators are hampering our effortts


Options:

1.  Do nothing do as per seat of the pants or as we are doing now

2. Have a comprehensive lockdown  procedures and



A Comprehensive Pandemic Master Plan since we are hit by so many epidemic:    ASF, Swine Flu, Sars, Mercov, Ebola, Warburg.

    2.  Training the soldiers,  PNP who will implement the order, Barangay

   4.  Food distribution  budget, logistics -  outsourced ba

   5. Transportation  outsourced ba?  Para mas mabilis

   6.  Enforcement

   7.  Aid through barangay or through a more professional  automated govt offices used in handling large amounts/number of checks.   Or through banks?    I smell large billion peso graft in the proposed system
to handle the distrribution of P200 B aid of P5 to P8 k aid to those adversely affected by the emergency.

N. B.  I should not be doing this, just stay at home. But who knows I can be overcome by this virus, and would not have contributed to the improvement of this country.  Sayang
